One week! Only one week! No more than a week!

Done.

Anyway... I'm still computer-less. Windows seems to be pretty dead. I called customer support... Got a guy with an Indian accent who guided me through starting a Windows repair from the Windows XP Professional CD that came with the computer... It throws up an error about 15 minutes later... Call back, get a guy with an Aussie accent, he tells me that the only way it could give that error is if the CD itself is damaged. So now it looks like I need a new copy of Windows XP Professional... Which is $200, right off the bat. So wish me much luck, all.

Anyway, I'm still gleaning time on my Dad's computer, here... And may be until sometime long after Walden. We shall see...
