9th grade retreat memory

So... There I was, out on the ninth grade retreat (for which the current ninth graders left, oh, 2 minutes ago), and I was listening to Karen, Student Council president, talk. She had just had a conversation with Katrin, the 9th grade dean and the German teacher. She came back to the student council group (several of them were along with us on our trip), saying, "Hey, guys! I just learned the greatest Germanism!"

Unfortunetally, I had forgotten what the "Germanism" was... Until today:

schadenfreude (SHAAD-n-froi-duh) noun
